We want YOU to be noticed!

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. All claims must be made within three(3) days of your receipt of the goods. All returns must be sent freight paid.

Immediate production priority may be assigned to orders subject to critical deadline commitments, especially those requiring less than seven(7) working days service. If production schedule precludes customer approval of proofs, your purchase order must include the following waiver:
"No proofs required. Execute order, imprint colors, styles, sizes and art instructions as closely as possible to meet deadline commitment."

Unless other arrangements are made, full payment at order placement is required. We accept orders prepaid via major credit cards which include Mastercard and VISA.

Freight charges and rehandling charges will be inoiced and/or included in next order shipped.

We allow total/combined quantity pricing for printed or embroidered items where all items are printed/embroidered with the same ink/thread colors using the same prepared screens/design on same continous production run.
